Billing, trials and cancellation

  • Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for NubryxAI. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout.
  • Both prices include a 14-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and the first payment is not taken.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the price of your chosen billing period until you cancel. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
  • Prices are in US dollars. There is no permanent free plan and no usage charges.

Checkout runs securely through Paddle. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never stored by NubryxAI.
